The Department opened bids received in response to DOR ITB 24/25-33, entitled DNA Collection and Testing Services for Paternity Establishment , on October 18, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.

This is a posting of an award as follows:

Category A: DNA Testing Contract is being awarded to Laboratory Corporation of America

Category B: DNA Collection Contract is being awarded to DNA Diagnostic Center

The posting is valid for 72 consecutive hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Award will commence on Monday October 28, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. and continue for 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, until Thursday, October 31, 2024, at 11:00 A.M.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3) F.S. or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120 F.S.
