Accuris Global Subscription

Background
The Department of Transportation (FDOT) in Florida intends to enter into a single source contract with Allium US Holding LLC for Accuris Global Subscription. The subscription will allow the department to adhere to its critical mission to provide testing, research, inspection, evaluation, recommendations, and training in materials composition, use and performance for Florida’s transportation system. The intended source for this service is Allium US Holding LLC.

Work Details
The commodity or service desired is a web-based Training and Support Services. The subscription includes access to the Specifications and Standards International Organization of Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC), American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), and the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) accreditations.
The specific products and services include:
- ASTM COMPLETE ERCTM Internet – Active, Historical and Red Line Standards
- AASHTO COMPLETE ERC Internet – Active and Historical Standards
- ACI COMPLETE ERC Internet – Active and Historical Standards
- UL Underwriters Laboratories – Electrical Active and Historical Standards
- Specs and Standards Pay-Per-View for individual documents outside of those listed
- Single source access for electronic delivery of standards outside of subscriptions
- WebEx training
- Personal Document Management lists
- Customer service/support and email notification of document changes.

Period of Performance
The contract term is one year.
