Survey Equipment Services

Background
The State of Delaware, through its Executive Department Office of Management and Budget, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Survey Equipment Services under Contract No. GSS25863-SURVEYEQUIP_SVCS.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify vendors capable of providing survey equipment and related services to support the needs of various state agencies. This contract aims to ensure that the state receives high-quality, state-of-the-art materials and services necessary for effective surveying operations.

Work Details
The selected vendor(s) will be required to provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to meet the State's needs for survey equipment. This includes but is not limited to:
- Supplying current state-of-the-art survey equipment.
- Providing technical support and maintenance for the equipment.
- Ensuring compatibility with existing hardware and software used by the State.
- Offering training programs for new equipment.
- Developing a maintenance plan that outlines service intervals and procedures.
- Providing pricing in accordance with Appendix B, which includes an Excel spreadsheet detailing itemized costs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be valid for two years from February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2027.

There is an option to renew the contract for three additional one-year periods through negotiation between the vendor and Government Support Services. The State reserves the right to extend the contract on a month-to-month basis for up to three months after the initial term.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of Delaware, with specific locations determined by the needs of various state agencies utilizing the survey equipment.
