Stockley Center Electric Replacement

Background
The Stockley Center Electric Replacement project is initiated by the State of Delaware's Office of Management and Budget, Division of Facilities Management.
The project aims to replace the existing primary and secondary electrical distribution system at the Stockley Campus, which is part of the Delaware Health & Social Services.
It is prepared by Fayda Engineering & Energy Solutions, LLC.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Replacement of the existing campus primary and secondary electrical distribution system.
- Installation of new site lighting.
- Compliance with all relevant specifications as outlined in the project manual, including adherence to safety standards and quality requirements for electrical systems.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and is anticipated to be completed by February 2025.
