Marketing, Public Relation Services, Advertising, and Media Buying

Background
The State of Delaware, through its Executive Department and Office of Management and Budget, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Marketing, Public Relation Services, Advertising, and Media Buying.
The goal of this RFP is to identify one or more vendors to provide these services to support the State's communication and marketing efforts effectively.

Work Details
The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing comprehensive marketing, public relations, advertising, and media buying services.
This includes developing strategies and campaigns that align with the State's objectives, creating promotional materials, managing media relations, executing advertising campaigns across various platforms, and conducting market research to inform strategies.
The vendor must ensure that all services are state-of-the-art and meet the current needs of the State of Delaware.
Detailed requirements are outlined in Appendix A of the RFP.

Period of Performance
The contract will be valid for a three-year period from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027.
There is an option to renew the contract for two additional one-year periods through negotiation.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within the State of Delaware.
