Law Enforcement Uniforms

Background
The State of Delaware, through its Executive Department and Office of Management and Budget, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Law Enforcement Uniforms under Contract No. GSS24844-LAW_UNFRM. The purpose of this RFP is to identify vendors capable of providing uniforms for various law enforcement agencies throughout the State of Delaware.

The contract aims to ensure that law enforcement officers have access to well-fitting uniforms that meet their operational needs, especially since made-to-measure custom uniform services are no longer available in the market.

Work Details
Vendors are required to provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to fulfill the uniform requirements as specified in the RFP. This includes:
- Providing uniforms that are equivalent to the current custom uniform offerings with alteration services for a custom fit.
- Compliance with technical specifications outlined in Appendices A and D.
- Submission of pricing for items listed in Appendix E (Pricing Spreadsheet).
- Participation in a mandatory pre-bid meeting where measurements will be taken for sample evaluations.

Vendors must also provide a detailed description of how they will deliver the goods and services required, including any enhancements or additional qualifications.

Period of Performance
The contract will be valid for one year from December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2025. It may be renewed for two additional one-year periods through negotiation between the vendor and Government Support Services. Additionally, there is an option for a month-to-month extension for up to three months after the initial contract term.

Place of Performance
The performance of this contract will primarily take place within the State of Delaware, specifically serving various law enforcement agencies across the state.
