Background
The Kent County Fire Marshal's Office is seeking to replace existing HVAC systems, including water source heat pumps, unit heaters, heating ventilators, and exhaust fans at their facility located at 1537 Chestnut Grove Road, Dover, Delaware.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete replacement of the existing HVAC systems. Specific tasks include:
1. Removal of existing water source heat pumps, unit heaters, heating ventilators, and exhaust fans.
2. Installation of new HVAC equipment as specified in the contract documents.
3. Coordination with subcontractors in mechanical, electrical, controls, roofing, and water treatment as listed in the revised bid form.
4. A $10,000 allowance is included in the base bid for miscellaneous items found during construction that require owner approval for billing.
