Background
Delaware State University is issuing Contract # PC-23-018 for the Conrad Hall Kitchen HVAC Upgrades project located in East Dover Hundred, Kent County, Dover, Delaware. The project aims to enhance the HVAC system in the kitchen area of Conrad Hall, aligning with the university's mission to provide a conducive environment for its operations.

Work Details
The project consists of the following key components:

1. Demolition of select components of the existing HVAC system.
2. Installation of new HVAC equipment, including piping and ductwork, along with necessary appurtenances.
3. Selective demolition and installation of architectural features as required for the completion of mechanical work, which includes patching and painting.
4. Electrical modifications to support the new HVAC work.
5. Extension of the existing JCI Metasys Building Automation System (BAS) to include control of the new HVAC system.
