The Town of Windham, through its Town Engineer, is soliciting bids for an appropriate and qualified company to provide Design/Build services for the construction of a new pool and pool house that includes space for a washroom, bathroom, and utility area for pool equipment and mechanicals. A pre-bid conference will be held on August 29th, 2024 at 9:00 AM at Cora Moore Splash Pad, Philip Lauter Park, 557 Jackson Street, Windham, CT, at which time questions concerning the project will be answered. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend as this will be the only opportunity to verbalize questions related to this project and view the job site with the Towns project team.
