Background
The University of Connecticut (UConn) is issuing a contract for the construction of a new Tennis Facility. Only prequalified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project.

Work Details

Each bid must include a Bid Bond or Certified Check amounting to 10% of the total bid amount if it exceeds $50,000. Additionally, contractors must provide names and prices of subcontractors for specific trades (Masonry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) if their bids exceed $100,000. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any bids within 90 days of submission.
