Description

The Connecticut Department of Transportation ( CTDOT ) issues this Request for Proposal ( RFP ) to solicit responsive proposals ( Proposals ) from entities interested in operating a concession and/or service at the Wilton Station ( Facility ) in the Town of Wilton. The Proposer shall have the right, privilege, and obligation to occupy, operate, maintain, and ultimately remove a concession and/or service from the Facility. CTDOT is interested in a concession and/or service that is of convenience and benefit to the traveling public. The services and amenities provided should enhance the experience of those that use and/or visit the Facility.
Background
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from entities interested in operating a concession and/or service at the Wilton Station in the Town of Wilton.

The goal of this contract is to provide services and amenities that are convenient and beneficial to the traveling public, thereby enhancing the experience of those who use or visit the Facility.

Work Details
The selected Proposer will have the right, privilege, and obligation to occupy, operate, maintain, and ultimately remove a concession and/or service from the Facility.

CTDOT seeks a concession and/or service that enhances convenience for travelers. Specific details regarding the types of services or amenities expected should align with improving user experience at the station.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on March 06, 2025, and ends on April 11, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Wilton Station located in the Town of Wilton.
