Pneumercator Tank Monitoring System Services

Background
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is issuing this Solicitation to acquire Installations, Maintenance and Repairs to existing Pneumercator fuel tank monitoring systems services as required by the Client Agency(ies). This contract replaces the following contract award(s) in part or in total 17PSX0214.

Work Details
The solicitation requires services related to the installations, maintenance, and repairs of existing Pneumercator fuel tank monitoring systems. The contractor is expected to offer and extend the Contract (including pricing, terms and conditions) to political sub-divisions of the State (towns and municipalities), schools, and not-for-profit organizations.
The use of brand name specifications or references is allowed, but the article being offered must be of such character and quality so that it will serve the purpose for which it is to be used equally as well as that specified. The solicitation also includes provisions related to quantities and/or usages, contract separations/additional savings opportunities, security and/or property entrance policies and procedures, standard wages compliance, required references, ITB Solicitation Standard Terms and Conditions, submission of ITB responses, guaranty or surety requirements, samples quality requirements, award criteria, consulting agreements representation requirements, campaign contribution certification requirements, OSHA compliance certification requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from March 27, 2024 at 8:00:00 AM EDT to April 23, 2024 at 2:00:00 PM EDT.

Place of Performance
The services are required to be performed in the State of Connecticut.
