Background
The City of Meriden is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional administration, technical assistance, and program delivery services for all activities related to its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and CDBG-CV programs. The goal of this contract is to enhance the effectiveness of these programs in serving the community.

Work Details
