The Old Colony Beach Club Association Sewer and Association Improvements Project includes constructing 7,700 linear feet of gravity sewer mains and lateral services, restoration of unpaved areas to existing conditions or better, temporary trench repair and the reconstruction of Association roads. The project also consists of three bid alternates for Association roadway reconstruction. They are permanent trench repair, mill and overlay, or cold reclaimed subbase & 4-inch HMA pavement.
