Naubuc School HVAC Replacement

Background
The Town of Glastonbury is seeking proposals from licensed, DAS qualified HVAC contractors for the replacement of the HVAC system at Naubuc School, located at 84 Griswold Street, Glastonbury, CT 06033. This project is part of a broader initiative to improve school facilities and is partially funded by a State DAS School Construction Grant. The contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete replacement of the HVAC system at Naubuc School. This includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to ensure a fully functional HVAC system that meets current standards.

The successful bidder must provide a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond and a 100% Performance Bond in the full amount of the agreed contract price. Each bid must include a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid.
