Middletown Housing Information Technology Services RFP

Background
The Middletown Housing Authority (MHA) of Middletown, Connecticut is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to engage a firm or firms to provide comprehensive IT services. The goal is to support MHA's Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV), Low Income Public Housing (LIPH) Program, and the State of Connecticut Moderate Rental Program. MHA currently lacks internal IT staff and requires full-service management of its systems and help desk operations. The previous vendor, Charles IT, has had their contract expire.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing the following services:

1. Support for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV).
2. Support for the Low Income Public Housing (LIPH) Program.
3. Support for the State of Connecticut Moderate Rental Program.
4. Strategic improvement recommendations for IT services.
5. Assistance in implementing those recommendations.
6. Management and execution of IT-related projects as outlined in the RFP's scope of services.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from April 10, 2025, to May 15, 2025.

The services will be performed at the Middletown Housing Authority located at 40 Broad Street, Middletown, CT, 06457, United States.
