Middletown Housing HCV Inspection Services RFP

Background
The Middletown Housing Authority (MHA) of Middletown, Connecticut is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to engage a firm or firms to conduct NSPIRE inspections for properties under the Housing Choice Voucher program.
