Background
The Eastern Connecticut State University (ECSU) is issuing a contract for the installation of waterproofing at the basement corridor of Mead Hall. The goal of this contract is to ensure the structural integrity and longevity of the building by addressing water intrusion issues in the foundation area.

Work Details
The work involves several key tasks:
1. Partial removal and disposal of the existing corridor ceiling to facilitate access for waterproofing.
