Description

The Metropolitan District (MDC), is requesting proposals from qualified and responsible Contractors to provide vegetation management assessments and services to the MDC. The intent of the MDC Property and Easement Vegetation Management Contract is to remove all undesirable vegetation, trees, vines, and any other unwanted or hazardous organic material inside the area(s) being treated A Mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held for potential Respondents on March 6, 2025 at 11:00AM, at MDC Pre-Bid Conference Room, 231 Brainard Rd, Hartford, CT. Prospective Respondents must attend this conference. There will be a Site Tour (time and date to be addressed at Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference). Sealed proposals will be received and safeguarded by The Metropolitan District, at the office of the District Clerk, until 10:00 AM (Local Time), April 1, 2025.
