Landscaping for RR Stations: West Haven, Bridgeport, Fairfield-Black Rock

Background
The Department of Transportation is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for landscaping services at three railroad station facilities: West Haven, Bridgeport, and Fairfield-Black Rock.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of these transportation hubs, contributing to the overall mission of the agency to provide safe and efficient transportation services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive landscaping services for the following locations: West Haven, Bridgeport, and Fairfield-Black Rock railroad stations.

Specific tasks may include planting, maintenance of existing landscapes, lawn care, and other related horticultural services as required to ensure the stations are visually appealing and well-maintained.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on March 30, 2025, and conclude on April 18, 2025.

Place of Performance
Landscaping services will be performed at three locations:
- West Haven station located at 20 Railroad Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516;
- Bridgeport station;
- Fairfield-Black Rock station.
