Landscape Services for Waterbury Station

Background
The Transportation Department is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for landscape services at Waterbury Station. The goal of this contract is to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of the station's landscaping, contributing to the overall mission of the department to provide safe and efficient transportation services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive landscape services for Waterbury Station. This includes maintenance of existing landscaping, installation of new plants, lawn care, weed control, mulching, and seasonal clean-up. Specific tasks may include mowing, trimming, planting flowers and shrubs, and ensuring the overall health of the landscape.

A mandatory walk-through is scheduled for April 4, 2025, at 9 AM at 333 Meadow Road, Waterbury, CT 06702.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on March 30, 2025, and conclude on April 18, 2025.
