HVAC Replacement at Glastonbury High School

Background
The Town of Glastonbury is seeking proposals from licensed, DAS qualified HVAC contractors for the replacement of the HVAC system at Glastonbury High School.
This project is part of a state-funded initiative, partially supported by a State DAS School Construction Grant, aimed at enhancing the educational environment through improved infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete replacement of the HVAC system at Glastonbury High School, located at 330 Hubbard Street, Glastonbury, CT 06033.
The successful bidder must provide a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid.
Upon award of the contract, the contractor will be required to furnish a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond and a 100% Performance Bond in the full amount of the agreed contract price.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will take place on February 17, 2025, at 7:00 AM at Glastonbury High School, where bidders must attend to be considered for the project.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on February 11, 2025, and ends on March 11, 2025.

The work will be performed at Glastonbury High School located at 330 Hubbard Street, Glastonbury, CT 06033.
