Hartford Public Library - Phase 4

Background
The Hartford Public Library is seeking bids for the Phase 4 renovations of its facility. The project aims to enhance the library's interior by creating new spaces and improving existing ones.

Downes Construction Company LLC has been designated as the Construction Manager for this project, which aligns with the library's mission to provide a welcoming and functional environment for its patrons.

Work Details
The scope of work includes interior renovations to construct new spaces within the existing building, installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to accommodate the new room layout, and application of new interior finishes for various rooms and spaces.
