Background
Charter Oak State College and CT State Community College are seeking to enhance their recently renovated headquarters located in downtown New Britain, Connecticut. The goal of this contract is to design, plan, fabricate, and install exterior signage on the building's unbranded exterior to improve visibility and branding for both institutions.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:

1. Design of exterior signage that aligns with the branding of both institutions.

2. Planning the installation process to ensure minimal disruption to college operations.

3. Fabrication of the signage using durable materials suitable for outdoor use.

4. Installation of the signage on the building's exterior, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and safety standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on September 13, 2024, and conclude on October 18, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the headquarters of Charter Oak State College and CT State Community College located at 185 Main St., New Britain, CT 06051.
