Background
East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) is seeking a licensed and experienced HVAC contractor to replace four Roof Top Package Units servicing their Library/Media Center. The agency's mission is to provide a conducive learning environment, and this contract aims to enhance the HVAC systems in their facilities. The work will take place at East Hartford High School, located at 869 Forbes Street, East Hartford, CT 06108.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for replacing four (4) Roof Top Package Units that service the Library/Media Center at East Hartford High School. Contractors must have extensive experience with the installation of HVAC Roof Top systems in commercial building applications.

A mandatory pre-bid site tour will be held on March 27, 2025, at 10:30 AM for contractors to view existing conditions as a requirement to bid this work.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from March 18, 2025, to April 16, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at East Hartford High School, located at 869 Forbes Street, East Hartford, CT 06108.
