VCF Temperature Monitoring Project (Digital Data Loggers)

Background
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), through its Immunization Branch (IMM), aims to reduce vaccine-preventable diseases by enhancing vaccine coverage and access to immunization services.

The IMM distributes LogTag digital data logging thermometers (DDLs) to providers enrolled in the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program, ensuring that vaccines are stored according to CDC requirements. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) seeks qualified bidders to supply LogTag DDLs for monitoring vaccine storage temperatures, facilitating electronic data submission, and ensuring accurate temperature monitoring to protect against vaccine spoilage.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following:
1. LogTag Data Logging Thermometers:
- Models: VFC800-WiFi or UTRED30-WiFi
- Two-year warranty included with purchase.
- Calibration tested with a two-year NIST Traceable Certificate compliant with ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
- Smart probes for dual monitoring upon request.
- Accessories including acrylic stands, installation kits, and USB cables.
- A two-year subscription for each thermometer to LogTag Online for real-time temperature monitoring and data access by VFC staff and providers.
2. Calibration and Service:
- Calibration testing by an ILAC-MRA accredited laboratory at optimal temperatures for vaccine storage.
- Issuance of calibration certificates documenting model number, serial number, date of calibration, and pass/fail results.
3. Technical Support:
- Ongoing customer support for LogTag Online services including troubleshooting and implementation assistance.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on April 18, 2025, with ongoing performance as specified in the contract terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily within Colorado, specifically at locations of enrolled VFC providers.
