Request for Proposals Montrose Regional Airport Window Cleaning Services

Background
Montrose Regional Airport is located in southwest Colorado, serving commercial and general aviation. The airport is served by several airlines with daily non-stop flights to various cities. The terminal consists of 65,000 sq ft with glass jet bridges and a new north addition with mostly glass walls.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide bi-monthly window-washing services at Montrose Regional Airport, including interior and exterior window washing, high-height washing requiring the assistance of a lift, and cleaning of all windows in the terminal and jet bridges. The washing will occur six times a year, every two months during the three-year term of the contract. The contractor is also required to provide an operations plan that includes a safety plan.

Period of Performance
The contract begins on June 21, 2024, and the window washing will occur six times a year over the three-year term of the contract.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at Montrose Regional Airport, located at 2100 Airport Road, Montrose, Colorado.
