LED Lighting Upgrade - Pueblo

Background
The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) is issuing this Documented Quote (DQ) for DQ# 2025000293, which focuses on upgrading LED lighting at three correctional facilities in Pueblo, Colorado.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the lighting systems within these facilities to improve energy efficiency and safety.

Work Details
The awarded contractor will be responsible for modifying existing interior lighting fixtures to accommodate LED lamps and replacing outdoor lighting fixtures at the following locations:
1. Youth Offender System - 1300 West 13th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003 (Square Footage: 91,463)
2. La Vista Correctional Facility - 1401 W 17th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003 (Square Footage: 212,533)
3. San Carlos Correctional Facility - 1410 W 13th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003 (Square Footage: 143,953)

Fixtures, lamps, and sockets will be provided by the CDOC as detailed in Attachment D.
All work must comply with applicable accessibility standards and insurance requirements as specified in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the purchase order resulting from this solicitation is a one-time purchase with a desired start date on February 3, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at three correctional facilities located in Pueblo, Colorado.
