HVAC Replacement - IDS Pueblo Facility

Background
The Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration is seeking to procure services for the replacement of HVAC equipment at the Integrated Document Solutions Southern Region facility located at 2 Jetway Court, Pueblo, CO 81001.

The existing package air conditioning unit has sustained major coil damage, is inefficient, and utilizes R22 refrigerant, which is no longer compliant with current standards. The goal of this contract is to replace this unit with a new, efficient system that meets or exceeds current specifications.

Work Details
The contractor will replace one (1) existing 6.5 ton York package air conditioning unit with a new gas-electric unit. The replacement must include:
- Curb adapters
- Hail guards
- Economizers

The installation will encompass all necessary materials, equipment for installation, labor, and transportation for a complete 'turn-key' project. The vendor is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and coordinating certification inspections required for installation. All items offered must be new and come in original packaging. The minimum energy efficiency rating (EER) for the new units must be no less than a 13.4 SEER2 EER rating, and the refrigerant used must be R454B.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the contract is from February 20, 2025, through June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the State facility located at 2 Jetway Court, Pueblo, CO 81001.
