Background
The Community College of Aurora (CCA) is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced project management firm to manage and execute the moving process from the Lowry Campus to our CentreTech Campus and a new location. The Vendor will be responsible for overseeing the entire relocation process, including the sorting and inventory of current assets, making recommendations on items to retain, move, or dispose of in compliance with the State of Colorado's fiscal rules, and coordinating with moving and auction companies.

Work Details
The scope of work includes conducting a comprehensive inventory of all assets currently at the Lowry Campus, categorizing items into three categories: to keep, to move, and to dispose of/auction. It also involves developing a detailed plan for the relocation, ensuring compliance with the State of Colorado's fiscal rules and regulations, managing logistics for moving items designated for relocation to the new campus, coordinating with auction companies for the sale or disposal of items not being retained, identifying and documenting the best methods for packing, moving, and unpacking specialty equipment. Additionally, it requires providing regular updates on the progress of the relocation project, maintaining detailed records of all transactions, and submitting a final report upon completion of the relocation.

Period of Performance
The proposed relocation timeline includes vacating specific areas by June 30th, 2024 (North Quad, 905 (New America School High Bay), and Katrina), December 31st, 2024 (Center for Simulation), and estimated August 1st, 2025 (West Quad and Diesel).

Place of Performance
The relocation services are required from Lowry Campus to CentreTech Campus in Aurora, CO.
