Charter School Institute - Food Service - Milk GVA UPrep CSA

Background
The Charter School Institute School Food Authority is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for milk products on behalf of three schools: Global Village Academy North, University Prep, and Colorado Skies Academy.
The goal of this contract is to provide milk services for the 2025-2026 school year to support the nutritional needs of approximately 1,038 students across these sites.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of various milk products including:
- White 1% Milk in 8 oz. cartons and gallons, with specific delivery schedules for each school.
- Skim Non-Fat Milk in similar packaging and delivery requirements.
- Chocolate Non-Fat Milk, which is only served on Fridays.
Each school will have its own individual contract with the selected vendor. Bids must include firm prices for each item listed in the attached Request for Bid spreadsheet (Attachment #3). Vendors are required to comply with federal procurement standards and submit necessary certifications.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional one-year terms upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at three locations:
- Global Village Academy North (12415 Grant St, Thornton, CO)
- University Prep (6201 Holly St., Commerce City, CO)
- Colorado Skies Academy (13025 Wings Way, Centennial, CO).

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a signed Request for Bid form along with several certifications including:
- Certification Regarding Debarment and Suspension
- Anti-Collusion Affidavit
- Buy American Provision
- Equal Opportunity Employer certification
- Completed pricing information on the provided spreadsheet.
Bidders must also comply with federal regulations regarding lobbying and ensure that all products supplied meet the Buy American Act requirements.
