Solar Farm Restoration - Camp Roberts

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Solar Farm Restoration - Camp Roberts located at Camp Roberts - Solar Farm, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall implement an observation and testing program, conducting demolition activities including removal and disposal of specified components, and executing build-back tasks such as the replacement and installation of fuses, driver boards, capacitors, and solar panels, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines at Camp Roberts, CA. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on 5/8/2024, at 9:00 AM at Camp Roberts - Solar Farm, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Arrive at least 20 minutes early. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting Mr. Stonecipher, Mike at Michael.Stonecipher@cmd.ca.gov. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license and/or C-46 Solar Contractor, or subcontract to one. The Government Estimate for this project is between $90,000.00 and $110,000.00. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Mr. Stonecipher, Mike, at Michael.Stonecipher@cmd.ca.gov and Mr. Vince Hindley at Vince.Hindley@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 5/15/2024. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening.
