Background
The Franchise Tax Board (FTB) of California is seeking to renew their Imperva Software Support Agreement for a one-year term. The FTB is responsible for tax collection and administration in California. The goal of this contract is to ensure continued support for their Imperva software, which is critical for data security and compliance.

Work Details
The contract includes the renewal of the following software support services:

1. 263 units of Imperva Secure Sphere Agent Software Support Renewal for ADATST1V192S1YHYB, Part # SS-DBA-ZOSM3-D8.
2. 100 units of Imperva Secure Sphere Agent Software Support Renewal for SSDBAZOSM3D8RSL3, Part # SS-DBA-ZOSM3-D8.
3. 235 units of Imperva Incremental Database Package Software Support Renewal, Part # SP-INCDBPR-SL3.

The supplier must be an authorized reseller of Imperva products and provide maintenance or support as specified in the solicitation. Additionally, the contractor must ensure compliance with confidentiality requirements regarding any data identified as confidential by the State.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 2, 2024, to October 1, 2025.
