Background
The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) is seeking quotations for an annual subscription to a digital experience platform, specifically the Sitecore Experience Platform. The goal of this contract is to enhance the digital capabilities of the DWR in alignment with its mission to manage California's water resources effectively.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of an annual subscription for the Sitecore Experience Platform (xp3) for three consecutive years. The specific terms are as follows:

1. Year 1 Term: 5/9/25 – 5/8/26, Quantity: 1
2. Year 2 Term: 5/9/26 – 5/8/27, Quantity: 1
3. Year 3 Term: 5/9/27 – 5/8/28, Quantity: 1

The supplier must ensure that all items are listed in the quotation in the same order as specified in the RFQ.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a three-year period, starting from May 9, 2025, and ending on May 8, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed on-premises at locations designated by the California Department of Water Resources.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with several administrative requirements including submission of a signed quotation on official business letterhead and completion of a Bidder Declaration (GSPD-05-105). Additionally, adherence to California Civil Rights Laws is required. Bidders claiming small business or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) status must provide appropriate certifications and declarations.
