RFP 902415 Temp Agency Auxiliary Staffing Services

Background
The County of Alameda is seeking Temporary Agency Auxiliary and Staffing Services to supplement the County’s Temporary Assignment Pool (TAP) as administered by the County Human Resource Services Department. The County intends to award a three-year contract (with the option to renew for two years) to the most responsible Bidders whose response conforms to the RFP and meets the County’s requirements.

Work Details
The services shall include furnishing the County with temporary personnel staffing and payrolling services on an 'as needed' basis. The Contractor will provide staffing for administrative, clerical, payroll, and other services, as well as technical and professional staffing. The County does not guarantee any minimum or maximum amounts to be spent against the contract resulting from this RFP. The County intends to award a contract to provide services for countywide temporary personnel, payrolling services, and other specific categories.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to start on January 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations throughout Alameda County.
