RFP 2000003802 - Electronic Health Records ("EHR") Solution

Background
The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Solution.
The goal of this contract is to implement a comprehensive EHR system that meets the needs of the District, enhancing their ability to manage health records effectively.

Work Details
The contract includes the following phases and deliverables:
1. Phase 1: Business Blueprint - Vendor to produce a blueprint and associated documents based on requirements outlined in the Statement of Work, section C1.
2. Phase 2: Realization - Vendor to identify security roles; install, configure, and test solution, and provide training materials as outlined in Section C2.
3. Phase 3: Final Preparation - Vendor to provide change management, knowledge transfer, and cut-over as outlined in Section C3.
4. Phase 4: Go-Live - Vendor responsible for investigating and fixing production defects during the stabilization period as per Section C4.
5. Phase 5: Training - Vendor to provide training for operation and system maintenance to all staff as outlined in Section D.
6. Phase 6: Maintenance and Support - Ongoing production support for upgrades or enhancements including installation of all version upgrades, point upgrades, patches, fixes, and product enhancements as outlined in Section E.

Additionally, the contract includes costs for Cloud Infrastructure Soft Costs such as Software Licensing and Subscription Fees, Cloud Hosting, Networking, Storage, Memory, Computing, Data Transfer and Bandwidth, Backup and Disaster Recovery.
Optional value-added products/services may also be proposed.

Period of Performance
The contract will cover a duration from Year 1 through Year 5 with specific one-time costs in Year 1 followed by recurring annual costs from Year 2 to Year 5.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the Los Angeles Unified School District.
