Background
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is issuing this contract for the purpose of improving road infrastructure in San Joaquin County.
The goal is to place a polyester concrete overlay, traffic stripe, cold plane, and hot mix asphalt (HMA) at various locations along State Routes 10 and 99.
This project aims to enhance road safety and extend the lifespan of the existing roadway.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Placement of polyester concrete overlay on designated sections of the roadway.
2. Application of traffic stripes to improve visibility and safety for drivers.
3. Cold planing of existing pavement to prepare surfaces for new material application.
4. Installation of hot mix asphalt (HMA) as part of the resurfacing process.
The estimated amount for this project is $3,320,000.
