The Department of Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Parking Lot Repair Services, at Auburn Area Office. Bids must address all of the services described in exhibit A entitled "Scope Of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement forms/exhibit sections of this IFB.
Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for Parking Lot Repair Services at the Auburn Area Office.

The CHP's mission is to ensure the safety and security of California's highways and roads. This contract aims to address the necessary repairs, sealing, and restriping of the parking lot to maintain operational efficiency and safety.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive parking lot repair services as outlined in Exhibit A, 'Scope of Work.' This includes but is not limited to:
- repairing asphalt surfaces
- sealing cracks
- applying sealant
- restriping parking spaces

The contractor must also adhere to all specifications detailed in the IFB and related exhibits, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on May 1, 2025, and will last until April 30, 2026. There may be options for extension based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the CHP Auburn Area Office located at 9440 Indian Hill Road, Auburn, CA 95658.
