PARKING LOT REPAIR FOR CHP CRESCENT CITY AREA OFFICE
Background
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking bids for parking lot repair services at their Crescent City Area Office. The CHP's mission is to provide safety and security for the public on California's highways. This contract aims to maintain the infrastructure necessary for their operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive parking lot repair services as outlined in Exhibit A, 'Scope of Work.' This includes but is not limited to:
- Asphalt patching
- Seal coating
- Striping
- Any other necessary repairs to ensure the parking lot is safe and functional.

Bidders must possess a valid C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractor license and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on December 1, 2024, and will run through November 30, 2025. There may be options for extension based on performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the CHP Crescent City Area Office located at 1630 Summer Lane, Crescent City, CA 95531.
