The Department of Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Parking Lot Repair Services, at Yuba Sutter Area Office. Bids must address all of the services described in exhibit A entitled "Scope Of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement forms/exhibit sections of this IF
Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for Parking Lot Repair Services at the Yuba Sutter Area Office.

The CHP's mission is to ensure safety, service, and security on California's highways. This contract aims to address the maintenance and repair needs of the parking lot to enhance operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive Parking Lot Repair, Seal, and Restripe Services as detailed in Exhibit A entitled 'Scope of Work'.

This includes but is not limited to:
- repairing asphalt surfaces
- sealing cracks
- restriping parking spaces
- ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The work must meet all specifications outlined in the IFB and adhere to prevailing wage requirements as specified by the Department of Industrial Relations.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this agreement is from May 01, 2025, through April 30, 2026.

The agreement may be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the CHP Yuba Sutter Area Office located at 1619 Poole Boulevard, Yuba City, CA 95993.
