The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for quarterly inspection, maintenance, and servicing of a Domestic Water Treatment Plant (WTP), in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. All inspection and maintenance work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely. BID DUE DATE: May 27, 2025, no later than 2:00PM REQUIRED LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: SWRCB - D1 or higher Water Distribution Operator Certificate and /or T2 or higher Water Treatment Operator Certificate; additionally, bidders must possess or list subcontractor with CSLB - A-General Engineering Contractor, or C55-Water Conditioning Contractor, or C36-Plumbing Contractor;
Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is seeking a contractor to provide operations, repair, and maintenance services for the Fillmore Fish Hatchery's Domestic Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the water treatment facility operates safely and efficiently through regular inspections and maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for quarterly inspections, maintenance, and servicing of the Domestic Water Treatment Plant. This includes:
- Conducting quarterly inspections and maintenance services for the water treatment plant.
- Ensuring all equipment functions properly and safely.
- Providing a detailed cost sheet that includes unit prices for inspection and maintenance services as well as foreseeable and unforeseeable repair services.
- Completing all required forms including a Bid Form (Cost Sheet), List of Proposed Subcontractors, Bidder's Acknowledgement of Prevailing Wage Requirements, Non-Collusion Declaration, Darfur Contracting Act Certification, California Public Contract Code Section 10162 Questionnaire, Contractor Certification Clauses, Surface Mining & Reclamation Act Acknowledgement Form, Small Business Subcontractor Participation Worksheet, Bidder Declaration Form GSPD-05-106, DVBE Declaration Use Form (STD 843), and Bidder’s Bond.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue through the duration of the specified service periods outlined in the bid documents.

Fillmore Fish Hatchery located in Ventura County, California.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a SWRCB - D1 or higher Water Distribution Operator Certificate and/or T2 or higher Water Treatment Operator Certificate. Additionally, bidders must have or list a subcontractor with a CSLB - A-General Engineering Contractor license or C55-Water Conditioning Contractor license or C36-Plumbing Contractor license.
Bidders are also required to meet DVBE participation requirements of at least 3%.
