P2440004: REBID Moccasin Creek Hatchery HVAC Repairs

Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is seeking bids for the Moccasin Creek Hatchery HVAC Repairs in Tuolumne County, California. The contract will require servicing and repair of eight state-owned HVAC units, one walk-in freezer/refrigerator, one ice maker, and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems at the Moccasin Creek Hatchery.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide labor, material, tools, equipment, taxes, and incidentals necessary for servicing and repair of the specified equipment. The services will be performed at various locations within Moccasin Creek Hatchery in Tuolumne County, California.
The time of completion is upon CDFW Approval until June 30, 2027. The Contractor must hold a license as a General Engineering Contractor or General Building Contractor, Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor (C-20), and Refrigeration Contractor (C-38). The estimated cost of the contract is $49,500.00.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from the time of CDFW Approval until June 30, 2027.
