NIB - N2M25-15 - Roof Replacement - Alhambra Fire Station 74

Background
The City of Alhambra is issuing this solicitation for the Roof Replacement project at Alhambra Fire Station 74, located at 2505 W. Norwood Place, Alhambra, CA 91803. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary improvements to the fire station's roofing system, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards.

This project is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to maintain and improve public facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete roof replacement at Alhambra Fire Station 74. This includes all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to perform the work as specified in the plans and contract documents.

The contractor must hold a C-39 Roofing Contractor license and ensure compliance with state, federal, and local requirements. The work must be completed within 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

Period of Performance
The construction commencement is expected within 30 working days after contract award on April 14, 2025. The contractor must complete the project within 60 days following the commencement date.
