Background
The Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of all City Departments. The goal is to find qualified suppliers to provide Salesforce data migration, development, maintenance, and support for the DAHLIA San Francisco Housing Portal. This portal serves as a resource for affordable housing applications in San Francisco and features a custom web application with APIs connected to a custom Salesforce build.
Work Details
Proposers are expected to deliver the following services:
1. Salesforce data migration;
2. Out-of-the-box and custom development;
3. Ongoing maintenance and support for the DAHLIA San Francisco Housing Portal and other departmental database needs.
Proposals must comply with the Scope of Work outlined in Appendix A and adhere to the City’s Contract Terms as specified in Attachment 1.
Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of 5 years, with an option for the City to extend it for an additional 4 years, totaling up to 9 years.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the geographic limits of San Francisco, California.
