Mobile Equipment Diagnostic Software

Background
The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) #10207079 for the procurement of Mobile Equipment Diagnostic Software.
The purpose of this contract is to acquire diagnostic and reference software for various types of vehicles, including automotives, light trucks, medium trucks, and heavy-duty trucks.
This initiative aims to enhance the operational efficiency of DWR's Mobile Equipment Office (MEO) by providing comprehensive diagnostic tools that support maintenance and repair activities across its fleet.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following services and products:
1. Diagnostic and Reference Software for all classes of vehicles for a period of three (3) years.
2. The software must include reference materials for all makes and models up to the current year.
3. Remote Online Access is required from multiple locations, specifically for 10 Mobile Equipment Office (MEO) shops.
4. Technical support must be provided for one year, which includes:
a. Telephone, online, and email access during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm).
b. All maintenance, upgrades, and updates to the software.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three (3) years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The software will be utilized across 10 Mobile Equipment Office (MEO) shops located throughout California.
