Management, Operation, And Maintenance Of El Cariso Golf Course Lakewood Country Club And Tennis Center Victoria Golf Course

Background
The County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the management, operation, and maintenance of the El Cariso Golf Course, Lakewood Country Club and Tennis Center, and Victoria Golf Course.

The goal of the contract is to ensure that these facilities are managed effectively to provide quality services to the community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of three golf courses: El Cariso Golf Course, Lakewood Country Club and Tennis Center, and Victoria Golf Course. Specific responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the golf courses
- Ensuring proper maintenance of the golf course facilities including greens, fairways, bunkers, and other amenities
- Managing staff including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Providing customer service to patrons
- Implementing programs for community engagement such as junior golf programs
- Maintaining financial records and ensuring profitability through effective management practices
- Complying with all local regulations and health department standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of five years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at El Cariso Golf Course located in Sylmar, Lakewood Country Club and Tennis Center located in Lakewood, and Victoria Golf Course located at 340 E. 192nd Street, Carson, CA 90746.
