Invitation for Bid (IFB) A241009871 Third Party Logistics Provider

Background
The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking a Contractor to manage two warehouses located in Corona and Dixon, California. These warehouses are intended for the storage and distribution of all-hazards and medical emergency countermeasure equipment and commodities throughout the State.

The goal of this contract is to ensure effective logistics support for emergency management operations.

Work Details
The Contractor will be responsible for providing Third Party Logistics (3PL) services, which include managing warehouse operations, receiving, storing, managing, and distributing commodities within the facilities. The Contractor must possess all required licenses and certifications necessary to perform these services.

Additionally, the Contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience in warehouse management and working with state or federal governments in emergency management capacities.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on January 1, 2025, or upon approval, whichever is later, and will end on December 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at two locations:
- Corona Warehouse: 1435 Sherborn Street, Corona, CA 92879
- Dixon Warehouse: 2299 Kids Way, Dixon, CA 95620.
