IFB LED Lighting Replacement Services, Orange County

Background
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) #12A2262 for LED Lighting Replacement Services in Orange County.
The purpose of this contract is to enhance the lighting infrastructure at two maintenance stations, aligning with Caltrans' mission to provide a safe and efficient transportation system.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove existing lighting fixtures and legally dispose of them.
The contractor will also install new Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting fixtures at the Brea Maintenance Station and San Juan Capistrano Maintenance Station.
Detailed specifications can be found in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A attached to this IFB.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed within the timeframe specified in the contract.
The estimated award date is April 15, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at two locations:
Brea Maintenance Station located at 13571 West Central Avenue, Brea, CA 92621
and San Juan Capistrano Maintenance Station.
