The services shall be performed at the following lab facilities: A. 13970 Victoria St, Fontana, CA 93236 B. 7177 Opportunity Road, San Diego, CA 92111 Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services.
Background
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) #59A1297 for Hazardous Lab Cleaning Services in San Bernardino and San Diego County.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe cleaning, removal, and disposal of hazardous materials from laboratory facilities, thereby supporting Caltrans' mission to maintain safe and efficient transportation systems in California.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, disposal fees, travel, and incidentals required to perform laboratory cleaning services.

The specific locations for service are:
1) 13970 Victoria St, Fontana, CA 93236
2) 7177 Opportunity Road, San Diego, CA 92111.

For a complete description of services, refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement attached as Exhibit A.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to be completed within the timeframe specified in the bid submission schedule.

The final date for bid submission is November 26, 2024.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at two lab facilities located in Fontana and San Diego County, California.
