Addendum 1 - IFB C5612495-D HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING TESTING, ADJUSTING AND BALANCING (HVAC TAB) INMATE/WARD LABOR PROGRAM (IWL)

Background
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) C5612495-D for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (HVAC TAB) Services. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary HVAC services for the Inmate/Ward Labor Program (IWL) at various institutions/facilities. The CDCR aims to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems within its facilities to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) Services on an 'as needed' basis. This includes all labor, equipment, parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, licenses, permits, supervision, inspection, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem necessary to provide the services.

The specific services include:
- Conducting testing and balancing of HVAC systems
- Providing necessary adjustments to ensure systems operate efficiently
- Supplying all required documentation and reports as specified in the contract.

The work will be performed at the institutions/facilities listed in Exhibit A-1.

Period of Performance
The anticipated date for commencement of services is January 1, 2025 or upon approval of the contract. The term end date of the agreement is December 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation institutions/facilities as listed in Exhibit A-1.
